    Summer trip to Spain in 2023. Barcelona, Girona, Zaragosa, León, Burgos, Gitaria, San Sebastian. Catalonia, Aragon, Navarre, Castile y León, La Rioja, and Basque Country.

    High-speed rail covers most of mainland Europe, traveling at up to 270kph/170mph. They zip across the landscape, gone in an instant.
    There were monks in black robes and sandals, but one of them did not wish his photo taken.

    The entire place was conceived at once, so everything matches, down to the coloring of the tablecloths and shelving in the restaurants and bar.

    I ate one of these and it was ok. The other one, with anchovy, cream cheese, honey and pepper, was fantastic.
